Capsule CRM - System Status

Capsule will be down for 2 hours at 9:00 BST Sunday, 22 August (01:00 PST, 20:00 NZT). This is to apply performance improvements.

Capsule will be down for 30 mins at 15:00 BST today (07:00 PST, 02:00 NZT).  This is to apply performance improvements.

Update 15:30 BST

Maintenance is complete is complete, and we’re online again.

The servers will be down for maintenance for 30 mins at 22:00 BST (14:00 PST, 09:00 NZT). Sorry for the short notice.

Maintenance is complete is complete, and we’re online again.

Capsule is currently unavailable.  We are investigating.

Update: Capsule is available again.  We had an issue with a maintenance process which took Capsule out for about 20 mins.  Very sorry about this.

Capsule is currently down for scheduled maintenance. We’ll be back soon.

Schedule maintenance is now complete. We were down for 15 minutes, so a little quicker than planned. 

To support of next round of updates for Capsule, we are making changes to the database which unfortunately require downtime.  We’ll keep this as short as possible.

Capsule had a slow period for about 10 minutes that affected some users.  Sorry for this, and the problem should be sorted now.

Schedule maintenance is now complete.  Check the capsule notifications to see what’s been updated :)

We are looking into a problem with one of our server.  It’s causing failure messages for some users.  Hope to have it resolved shortly.

The problem server has been replaced.  Total downtime was 5 minutes.  Very sorry to those users affected.  We are looking into what went wrong with the original server.

To support of next round of updates for Capsule, we are making changes to the database which unfortunately require downtime.  We’ll keep this as short as possible.
